CISL welcomed Hillier Buchan… and then….
We just realised that we never mentioned that we welcomed Hillier Buchan into the fold on 1st August 2024 as our 9th acquisition! But wait, there is more news…..
We have just welcomed Belgravia Insurance into the CISL Group from 1st April 2025. Belgravia are our 10th Acquisition and we are excited by all that we have planned next.
Putting the customer first
First and foremost, we help businesses and individuals to get the right insurance whilst providing the highest level of customer service and as with all of our past acquisitions, we feel that we can build on the fantastic, personal service that both Hillier Buchan & Belgravia Insurance clients enjoyed, assisted by our wider team at our Banstead base.
The Importance of Growth
We have always grown organically then in 2010 we made our first acquisition of the general insurance clients of JPS Financial Services. We then continued steady growth until we made our second acquisition in 2016 of Walkham Insurance Services, based in Plymouth.
In 2020, just before Covid changed the world we live in, our growth continued as we agreed to look after the clients of Wealden Insurance Services based in Ashford, Kent. Despite the pandemic continuing to affect business across the world, this was followed in 2021 by the acquisition of BJIC based in Redhill.
2023 was a busy year for us as we welcomed Grayside Insurance Brokers into the family in April, closely followed by Jade Insurance in June. Momentum continued into 2024 with the addition of Walker Watson and Campton Insurance into the fold.
