InsureEasy App
We highly recommend that you encourage your drivers to download our free InsureEasy App to their smart phones. Within the App, they can access Claims Management, and they should familiarise themselves with this straight away. They will find access in here to a Driver Report and in the event of an accident or incident whilst they are using a company vehicle, this gives vital information and prompts about what they should and should not do at the roadside.
We all know that when an accident has just occurred, everyone can be a bit flustered and your driver might forget to take some actions which could prove crucial later on – so this prompts them to make a note of important details; what is said by the parties involved; prompts to take pictures at the roadside, if safe to do so, because the position of the vehicles after impact could help to evidence who was to blame for an accident. Once complete – the details can be submitted to us immediately. We can then start working on the claim, which is essential and can cut down on the time you would normally spend on taking your driver off the road to get the details that you need before you could notify us.
