If you have a claim that you need to let us know about, or wish to discuss, please use the following contact routes. By telephone, our number is 020 8016 1939. Our claims email address is claims@cisl.co.
When you need to send any accident footage, such as dashcam files, scene photos, or discuss something outside of office hours, please message us on our WhatsApp number +44 (0)7465 254194. This number is an automated service, and is in place to improve the transmission of large files. It is not manned, and will not be answered if you ring it.
