CISL welcomes Campton Insurance Brokers

We are excited to announce that from 1st June 2024,  we welcomed Campton Insurance Brokers and Vintage Car Insurance Associates into the CISL Group

Putting the customer first

First and foremost, we help businesses and individuals to get the right insurance whilst providing the highest level of customer service and as with all of our past acquisitions, we feel that we can build on the fantastic, personal service that Campton clients have previously enjoyed. David Jarrold will continue to operate this division of the business from Godstone, assisted by our wider team at our Banstead base.

The Importance of Growth

We have always grown organically then in 2010 we made our first acquisition of the general insurance clients of JPS Financial Services. We then continued steady growth until we made our second acquisition in 2016 of Walkham Insurance Services, based in Plymouth.

In 2020, just before Covid changed the world we live in, our growth continued as we agreed to look after the clients of Wealden Insurance Services based in Ashford, Kent. Despite the pandemic continuing to affect business across the world, this was followed in 2021 by the acquisition of BJIC based in Redhill.

2023 was a busy year for us as we welcomed Grayside Insurance Brokers into the family in April, closely followed by Jade Insurance in June.  Momentum continued into 2024 with the addition of Walker Watson into the fold.

So, what’s next?

So with number 8 having gone live and with number 9 likely to be announced very soon (watch this space), our journey is far from over….. so if you are an established Insurance Broker thinking about your exit plan over the next few years or so, or an Account Executive thinking about going it alone – call Stuart Allen on 01737 377254 or email s.allen@cisl.co for a confidential chat about the alternative options we could offer you.
