As Christmas approaches, may we confirm our opening hours during the festive period:-
Friday 23rd December – Open 9am to 5pm as usual
Christmas Eve – Closed
Christmas Day – Closed
Boxing Day – Closed
Tuesday 27th December – Closed
Wednesday 28th-Friday 30th December – Open 9.00am until 3pm each day
New Years Eve – Closed
New Years Day – Closed
Monday 2nd January 2023 – Closed
Tuesday 3rd January 2023 – Open 9am to 5pm as usual
If you need to renew your insurance; amend an existing policy in some way; or arrange a new policy when our offices are closed during this period, please email info@cisl.co and we will respond at the earliest opportunity. Please note, no cover should be considered to be in place until we respond to specifically confirm this.
If you need to make a claim under your policy and require urgent assistance in this respect, please refer to your Policy Booklet as this will include details as to how you can make a claim – many insurers operate 24 hour Claims Helplines.
