Christmas Eve: 9am – 1pm
Christmas Day: Closed
Boxing Day: Closed
Monday 29th December: 9am – 3pm
Tuesday 30th December: 9am – 3pm
New Years Eve: 9am – 1pm
New Years Day: Closed
Friday 2nd January: 9am – 5pm
Monday 5th January 2025 – Reopen to our usual hours of 9am to 5pm Weekdays
If you need to renew your insurance; amend an existing policy in some way; or arrange a new policy when our offices are closed during this period, please email info@cisl.co and we will respond at the earliest opportunity. Please note, no cover should be considered to be in place until we respond to specifically confirm this.
You can pay your premium by card 24 hours a day and throughout the festive period here – but again, please be aware that you should not consider cover to be in place until we confirm.
If you need to make a claim under your policy and require urgent assistance in this respect, please refer to your Policy Booklet as this will include details as to how you can make a claim – many insurers operate 24 hour Claims Helplines.
